Follow me

Want the call to find you? Use the Follow Me feature when a call comes in and you are not at in the office, the call will cease to ring on that number (after ringing the assigned number of times) and then move on to ring your mobile phone. If there is no response there, the call moves on to ring your home number. If there is still no answer, the call can then be sent to your Voicemail box.

Three-way calling

When you need to add another person to your current conversation use this feature to quickly call and add them in.

Call Transfer (internal and external)

Speed-Dial

Do you call the same set of numbers frequently? Use this feature to assign a 1-2 digit number that will be mapped to the full 10 digit number for dialing.
